Large-Scale Low-Carbon Ammonia Supply Chain Plan Certified under Japan’s “Support focusing on the price gap” Scheme

IHI and six partner companies have received certification under Japan’s “Support focusing on the price gap” scheme for a large-scale low-carbon ammonia supply chain project. Under the plan, low-carbon ammonia produced in India by ACME Group and IHI will be supplied to Japan for power generation and industrial applications, supporting the development of Japan’s ammonia value chain from FY2030 and contributing to decarbonization efforts.
